2020 International Women's Day Success Thank You

2020 International Women’s Day Fundraiser was a Great Success….Thank you Thank you so much, to all of the people and businesses that played a part in the great success of the 2020 Deep River and District International Women s Day Dinner Fundraiser March 9th hosted by Maven Catering and the organizing committee. This year we surpassed our target of raising over $10K through ticket sales, silent auction, 50/50 draw, and our sponsors. The money will be split equally between the Bernadette McCann House and the International Women s Day Endowment Fund held by the Deep River and District Community Foundation (DRDCF) which is invested in perpetuity and the income used to support women's issues. Your support will help our women and those in need in our community. These needs have been amplified by, recent world-wide events related to the COVID-19 Virus. The most vulnerable among us are even more at risk when we are all confined in self-isolation and quarantine.
