DRDCF Grant Guideance
When can you make an application?
Applications are accepted during the Spring and Fall Grant Cycles. The Grant Committee will review all the applications and recommend successful grant applications to the Foundation's Board. Once the Foundation's board has approved the successful grants, you will be notified of the decision and arrangements will be made for you to receive the grant cheque and take pictures.

Fill out your Online Application Form

Complete and submit the online form with sufficient detail for the Grant Committee to review. (Do not save time by referring to attachments as they are not circulated to all committee members.)
Email the following documents to info@drdcf.ca Referencing the grant project name and contact:

A list of your Board of Directors or Executives.

A copy of your most recent financial statement and a copy of your current operating budget.

A brief account of the aims and program of your organization.

A description of the project for which you are requesting support, and a budget for the project, showing clearly how a grant from the DRDCF will be used.
Requirement: If you receive a grant
-
Please ensure that you recognize the DRDCF Grant in all public communications/social media related to the project.

Complete a final report (Post Grant Report) to the DRDCF when the project is complete and email info@drdcf.ca. This report should show how the grant money has actually been spent, comment on whether the project met all your expectations and suggest how the results could have been improved on.

You should include photos of the project activities and completion.

Failure to submit a final report may affect your organization’s chances of receiving a grant in the future.
